Women in Mahabharata

Mahabharat, one of the two epics in Hinduism, is a great teacher of Dharma. In these two classes we will examine the role of women in Mahabharata and how they helped promote Dharma and how sometimes their actions prevented the upholding of Dharma. The lives of Satyavati, Amba, Kunti, Madri, Draupadi, Damayanti, Vinata, Savitri, Hidimba and Ulupi will be shared. Discussions will be held on their significance.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get a glimpse of this unique epic. As the saying goes, “There is nothing in the world that is not discussed in the Mahabharata.”
